Swift Water

With my weekday work schedule in flux —transitioning from final design drawings & planting plans, to garden installations— studio time has been limited. Happily, I’ve been able to make the most of rainy days and in-between hours —as well as my Sunday and Wednesday studio days— allowing my creative process to continue.

Finding time to explore exhibits, art galleries and museums has been impossible this spring. But, I’ve made plans to get out to see other artists’ work this coming weekend. And as the spring days slip toward summer, I have my eye on late June for research and travel. There’s a current pulling me back to where I belong, and I can feel it getting stronger.

I have one more piece to post (painted on Monday/Tuesday, and shown below), but feel it deserves it’s own page. More on that, later.
