Although my summer sabbatical has officially begun, these first few days back in the studio have been more errand-filled than art-filled —but I knew that would be the case. With a million-and-one things on my domestic to-do list, I need to play a bit of catch-up. Once the chores are done, I’ll be ready to set up a new schedule and get back to work on my artistic goals.

But first, I need a bit of time to unwind …Time to decompress. A bit of ambling in nature.
