Growth is always thrilling, often stressful, frequently challenging and never comfortable. It’s so easy to do the same thing over and over, but that’s plateauing, not growing.

I’m often demanding and impatient with myself. I need to work on that and learn to trust the natural rhythm. The answers always come.
